目的:研究某院健康体检人群心电图缺血性异常状况.方法:选取2012年1月~2014年1月在我院进行健康体检的人群选取1200名体检者,根据体检人群的体检结果,将体检人群分为心电图缺血性异常组102例,正常组1098例.比较两组的基线信息,采用多元Logistic回归分析法研究健康体检人群心电图缺血性异常的危险因素.结果:两组相比,心电图缺血性异常组年龄、收缩压、舒张压和血糖均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义.两组相比,心电图缺血性异常组的女性、高血压和糖尿病比例均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义.超重情况相比,差异无统计学意义.多元Logistic回归分析的结果显示,性别、年龄、体质量数、高血压和高血糖是影响心电图缺血性异常的独立影响因素. 结论:本次研究发现,年龄偏高、高空腹血糖、高收缩压和高舒张压均有可能是健康体检人群心电图缺血性异常的危险因素,临床上一但发现患者出现缺血性异常,需要尽早做出健康干预.%Objective To study the abnormal ECG ischemic condition of the healthy people in a hospital. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014, 1200 physical examinees were selected in our hospital. according to the results of physical ex-amination, the physical examination population was divided into electrocardiogram ischemic abnormal group 102 cases, normal group 1098 cases. The baseline information of the two groups was compared, and the risk factors of ECG ischemic abnormality in health check-up group were studied by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and blood glucose of the ECG ischemic group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The proportion of women, hypertension and diabetes in the ECG ischemic group was higher than that in the normal group. The difference was not statistically significant. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sex, age, body mass, hypertension and hyperglycemia were independent factors affecting the ECG ischemic abnormality. Conclusion This study found that age, high fasting blood glucose, high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic blood pressure may be the risk factors of ECG ischemic abnormality in healthy people, clinical one but found ischemic abnormality, need to make health intervention as soon as possible.
