高校文化育人视阈下的大学生外语节功能*--以湖州师范学院“外语节”为例

         

摘要

传统的“以教师为主,以书本为主”课堂已无法满足高校学生学习外语的需求,校园文化活动的“第二课堂”的作用日益凸显。该文以湖州师范学院的“外语节”为例,通过问卷调查、走访等形式研究“外语节”活动如何发挥校园文化的强大育人功能,成为英语课堂的延伸和补充,起到开拓学生视野,激发学习热情,提升外语专业技能和应用能力的关键作用。%The traditional “teacher centered,textbook based”class cannot meet the needs of col-lege students learning a foreign language.Campus cultural activities gradually play a growing role in the“second class”.Taking the Foreign Language Festival of Huzhou University as a case study,this paper illustrates how the foreign language festival activities give full play to the powerful educational effect of campus culture through questionnaire investigation,interviews and other forms of study.The paper pro-poses that the extracurricular activities become the extension and supplement of the English class,which plays a key role in broadening college students'horizon,stimulating their passion for study and impro-ving their foreign language professional skills and application ability.
