基于超声法测量的气固两相流管道径向仿真

     

摘要

Gas-solid two-phase flow is widely used in industrial production .The simulation model of gas-solid two-phase flow in the pipeline was established by using finite software .Then the influence of gas-solid two-phase flow on ultrasonic signals was analyzed in frequency domain and time domain .The distribution of sensitive field of voltage field was studied .It was found that the change in fre-quency and time could affect the measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow by ultrasonic signals , providing guidance for the design of ul-trasonic sensors .%气固两相流在工业生产中有着广泛的应用.通过有限元软件建立了超声波测量管道中气固两相流流体的仿真模型,在频域分析了频率变化对超声波测量信号的影响,在时域研究了不同时刻电压及声压场敏感场分布情况,发现超声波频率和时间的变化均对超声波测量气固两相流的结果产生影响,为超声波传感器设计提供指导依据.
