The standard clauses is a product of the modern economy, it deprives the autonomy of the counterparty, is the principle of freedom of contract. However, the format of the contract is essential in modern life. This paper mainly through the introduction of provision of China's format and the German general terms content control, proposes some suggestions to improve the legislation of content control for our country to the provisions of the format.% 格式条款是现代经济的产物，它剥夺了契约相对方的意思自治，是对契约自由原则的背叛。但是，格式合同在现代生活中又是必不可少的。本篇论文主要通过对我国格式条款和德国一般交易条款的内容控制的介绍，为我国格式条款中的内容控制的立法完善提出建议。
