基于超高频RFID技术的矿山斜井安全监控系统的设计

         

摘要

为了解决矿山斜井跑车等安全事故的监控问题,引入超高频RFID技术,并结合多种传感器,对斜井中人车通行、生产环境等进行监控,实现了包含门禁考勤、通行控制、跑车事故发现与处置等在内的安全监控系统,重点研究了跑车事故检测算法及挡车装置设计.该系统综合考虑了斜井的各种安全因素,具有综合全面、实时准确、易于部署,适合各类中小型矿山等特点.测试结果表明,系统较好地解决了跑车防护等问题,对斜井安全防范具有一定的实际应用价值.%In order to prevent inclined shaft safety accidents such as run-off accident, URFID technology and a variety of sensors are introduced to monitor people, cars and production environment in inclined shaft. The safety monitoring system is realized which includes attendance check, access control, discovery and disposal of run-off accidents and the design of the run-off accident detection algorithm and car stopping device are studied. The safety factors of inclined shaft are considered in this system which is comprehensive, real-time, accurate and easy to deploy, suitable for all kinds of small and medium sized mines, etc. The test results show that the system can prevent run-off accidents and has application value for the safety of mine inclined shaft.
