为了在畜禽疾病防治中能充分利用当地资源和为进一步开发植物药提供科学依据,采摘当地生长的竹叶、枸骨叶、十大功劳分别采用水提醇沉法和乙醇回流法进行提取,然后使用其提取液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏试验,同时测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示:1)十大功劳的乙醇提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌以及大肠杆菌具有一定的抑菌效果,但竹叶及枸骨叶的乙醇提取液抑菌效果不明显;竹叶、十大功劳水提液对金黄色葡萄球菌以及大肠杆菌均表现出较强的抑菌效果,枸骨叶的水提物抑菌效果不明显,且十大功劳的抑菌效果最佳。2)十大功劳和竹叶对所有供试细菌均具有较好的抑菌效果,3种植物的抑菌效果表现为:十大功劳>竹叶>枸骨叶。3)3种植物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性强于对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。%In order to make full use of local resources and provide a scientific basis for further development of botanical drug in the work of disease control and prevention for livestock and poultry,the study selects the local bamboo leaves,Holly leaves and Chinese mahonia stems and then extracts the effective components in them by water extraction and ethanol refluxing method.These extracts are used to do drug sensitive test,minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)test,minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC)test on Escherichia coliand Staphylo-coccus aureus.The result shows that:1)ethanol extracts’bacteriostatic effect is not obvious, while aqueous extracts’bacteriostatic effect is obvious.Only Chinese mahonia stem’extracts show some antibacterial activity.2)Three kinds of water extracts show better antibacterial ac-tivity than ethanol extracts.The bacteriostatic activitives of three kinds of aqueous extracts on-Escherichia coliare stronger than those on Staphylococcus aureus.3)Among these three plants Chinese mahonia stem’s antibacterial effect is greater than that of the bamboo leaf,which is larger than that of holly leaf.
