UV法快速测定休闲食品、调味品中山梨酸的含量

     

摘要

山梨酸是国际粮农组织和卫生组织推荐的高效安全的防腐保鲜剂,广泛应用于食品、饮料、烟草、农药、化妆品等行业.研究了提取休闲食品、调味品中的山梨酸,并通过吸收光谱曲线法确定山梨酸的水溶液的最大吸收波长为255nm,进而通过工作曲线法快速测定休闲食品、调味品中的山梨酸的含量.本方法与常规方法比较, 具有快速、准确、简便、试剂易得等优点.方法的RSD为0.51%~1.6%,回收率为96%~98%.%With the significant advantage of efficient and safe, sorbic acid is recommended as fresh anti-corrosion agent by FAO and WHO, which is widely used in food, beverages, tobacco, pesticides, cosmetics and other industries. After studying the extraction of sorbic acid in snack foods and condiments, the author determines that sorbic acid water-soluble fluid biggest absorption wave length is 255nm through the absorption spectrum curve method, then with the working curve method, the sorbic acid content in snack foods and condiments can be tested quickly. The results of testing indicate that the method has the merits of quick, simple, accurate, facile reagent and other advantages in comparison to conventional one. RSD of the method is 0.51% -1.6%, and the recovery rate of 96% -98%.
