运用劳动定额法进行人力资源总量规划,从学历结构、专技结构和绩效结构三个方面进行人力资源结构规划,以淳安千岛湖旅游集团为例进行实证研究,并从校企合作、薪酬改革和企业文化建设等方面,提出了维持旅游业人力资源稳定发展的建议.%Based on the method of the labor quota,the gross human resource planning was conducted.The human resources structure planning was made in the three views of the educational structure,the professional and technical structure planning,and the performance structure.Furthermore,Taking the Thousand Island Lake Tourism Group as an example,the empirical research was carried out and some suggestions which can maintain stable development of tourism human resources were put forward from the aspects of the school-enterprise cooperation,the remuneration reform and corporate culture building.
