目的：探讨肾上腺节细胞瘤的CT表现，以提高该病的影像诊断准确性。方法结合相关文献的复习，回顾性分析病理确诊的6例肾上腺节细胞瘤的临床及 CT 影像资料。结果6例肾上腺节细胞瘤均为体检或其它合并疾病就诊发现，CT 表现2例为水滴形，2例为椭圆形，1例圆形，1例分叶状不规则形；4例行 CT 平扫＋增强，1例仅行 CT 平扫，1例直接行 CT 增强，平扫时病灶均表现为均匀低密度，增强后 1例不强化，3例延迟强化，其中 1例边缘强化较明显，直接增强的 1例也可见实质期及延迟期较动脉期 CT 值有所上升。结论肾上腺节细胞瘤 CT 表现有一定的特征性，加深对它的认识可以提高对该病的诊断准确性。%Objective To investigate the CT features of the adrenal ganglioneuroma for improvement of the diagnostic ac‐curacy of the adrenal ganglioneuroma .Methods Combined with the literature ,the clinical pathological characteristis and CT findings of 6 patients with adrenal ganglioneuroma proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed .Results All 6 cases were found by physical examination or examination underwent for other disease .In CT ,2 cases were in the shape of water droplet ,2 cases were oval shape ,1 case was round shape of round and 1 case was lobular .In the 6 cases ,plain scan and enhancement scan undergwent in 4 cases .In the two others ,one underwent only plain scan and one enhancement scan . In the plain scan ,all lesions appeared low attenuation .1 case appeared no enhancement while 3 cases were light delayed enhancment after admitted the contrast matter .Among these 3 cases ,one was obvious ring enhancement .In the case of admitted only enhancement scan ,the CT value was some higher in the venous phase and parenchymal phase than that in arterial phase .Conclusion The CT feature of the ganglioneuroma is characteristic ,and the diagnostic accuracy can be im‐proved by enhancement of the cognition of these characteristics .
