An Actinomycete strain 08A4 was isolated from deep-sea sediment collected from the South China Sea. Combined with morphological method and 16S rDNA sequence analyses it was initially identified as Streplomyces albid-oflavus. Three antifungal activity compounds were isolated and purified from its fermentation broth and preliminarily identified as antimycins by means of 1H-NMR, which could inhibit many plant pathogens.%从南海深海分离得到1株放线菌08A4,其发酵产物具有抗植物病原真菌活性,分离纯化得到3个化合物,通过1H-NMR初步鉴定为抗霉素类物质.结合形态学鉴定方法与16S rDNA序列分析方法,鉴定该菌株为微白黄链霉菌(Streptomyces albidoflavus).
