国际汉语教师教学评估指标的建构与思考--以天津外国语大学为例

         

摘要

目前国际社会对汉语和中华文化的需求态势旺盛,对汉语师资的需求也相应上升,而我国在培养和评估国际汉语师资方面才刚刚起步,因此必须全面提高国际汉语师资队伍的知识水平和文化素养,提高其教育和教学能力,这就需要制定一套科学的、合理的、适合国际汉语教师教育和教学的评估体系。天津外国语大学国际交流学院教学评估学生用表指标的建构则适合探讨当前汉语国际教育大环境下的教师教学评估。%At present , the international community has a strong demand for the Chinese language and Chinese culture , so the demand for Chinese teachers is also rising .However , China has just started the training and assessment of qualified international Chinese teachers.Therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of knowledge and cultural literacy of the international Chinese teachers comprehensively , and to improve their teaching ability .Then, it is urgent to develop a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system which is suitable for international Chinese teachers ’ teaching .The construction of teaching evaluation index established by International Exchange College of Tianjin Foreign Studies University is suitable for the evaluation of teachers ’ teaching in the current environment of international Chinese language education .
