电子商务环境下具有随机需求的闭环供应链网络的设计与优化

     

摘要

This paper studies the design and optimization problem of closed-loop supply chain network with random demands in e-commerce environment . Firstly , taking account of the randomness of customer demands and fuzziness of logistic process , the mathematical model of the problem is established based on the minimum network operation cost . Secondly , fuzzy mathematical theory is used to transform fuzzy parameters into deterministic parameters , and shortage and backlog costs are introduced to deal with imbalance between supply and demand . Finally , the optimal location of production centers and distribution centers as well as the optimal transport scheme of production and raw materials between any one of logistic stages are determined by genetic algorithm . The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the design and optimization problem of closed-loop supply chain network .%研究电子商务环境下具有随机需求的闭环供应链的设计与优化问题.首先,考虑顾客需求的随机性和物流过程的模糊性,以供应链系统的总费用最小为目标建立了问题的数学模型;其次,运用模糊数学理论将模型中的模糊参数转变为确定性参数,并引入产品缺货成本和积压成本调节供需失衡时物流系统的总费用;最后,通过设计遗传算法确定了网络中生产中心和分销中心的优化选址以及各个物流环节的优化运输方案.数值仿真结果表明本文设计的算法能够有效地解决闭环供应链系统的设计与优化问题.
