采用静电纺丝法制备了 PVP/Zn(Ac)2复合纳米纤维,利用扫描电子显微镜对其表面形貌进行了表征.研究了PVP 含量、纺丝电压、乙酸锌含量等因素对纺丝过程和纤维形貌的影响,同时分析了不同参数引起纤维形貌变化的原因.结果表明,当2 mL 乙醇中 PVP 的含量为0.248 g,2.5 mL DMF 中乙酸锌的含量为0.501 g,纺丝电压为17 kV 时,可以得到平均直径为180 nm、表面光滑而且连续性很好的 PVP/Zn(Ac)2复合纳米纤维,实现了 ZnO 前驱体纳米纤维的可控制备.%PVP/Zn (Ac )2 composite nanofibers are synthesized by electrospinning method, and the morphology of the nanofibers is characterized via scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of PVP content,spinning voltage and zinc acetate content on the spinning process and the fiber morphology are investigated in detail.Meanwhile,the reasons for different parameters caused the change of the fiber morphology are analyzed.The results show that the smooth and continuous PVP/Zn (Ac)2 composite nanofibers with average diameter of about 180 nm can be obtained when PVP content is 0.248 g in 2 mL ethanol,zinc acetate content is 0.501 g in 2.5 mL DMF and spinning voltage is 17 kV.It realizes the controllable preparation of ZnO precursor nanofibers.
