A series of epoxide compounds catalyzed by TMSCl are synthesized by Darzens condensation reaction of aldehydes and a-bromo ketones in the presence of Mg and ethanol. The structure of the products are characterized by IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR. The reaction has the advantage of simple working-up procedure, mild reaction conditions, excellent yields and meets the requirements of green chemistry.%报道了镁粉和乙醇体系中TMSCl催化的Darzens缩合反应.以醛、溴苯乙酮为原料合成了一系列环氧衍生物.化合物的结构通过IR,1HNMR,13CNMR等进行了表征.该方法操作简单,反应条件温和,使用环境友好的乙醇为溶剂,符合绿色化学发展的要求.
