基于胜任力导向的社区护理实践教学改革

         

摘要

目的 探讨基于胜任力导向的社区护理实践教学改革的实施及效果评价.方法 选取护理本科生134名作为研究对象,实践教学包括访谈准备模块、现场访谈模块及模拟宣教模块,最后使用自制反馈问卷评价教学效果.结果 98.5%的护生认为"教学活动促进了自己的总体学习";99.3%认为"该课程学习是一段非常宝贵的经历";96.3%认为"对社区护理有更加清晰和完整的认识";100%认为"课程启发了自己的思考";97%认为"更能体会社区护理对象的感受,察觉他们的需求";94.8%认为"比以前更认真地对待自我学习过程".结论 以职业情境中要求具备的核心能力为目标,以工作任务为中心设计实践教学模块,激发了护生自主学习兴趣,加深了他们对社区护理的认识,提高了社区护理核心能力 .%Objective To study the application and evaluation of competency-oriented reform in the practice teaching of community health nursing.Methods 134 undergraduate nursing students was recruited.The design included interviews preparation module, patient interview module and patient education simulation module, and finally the self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate teaching effect.Results 98.5% of nursing students believed that "teaching activities have promoted their overall learning".99.3% of nursing students believed that "the course provided an opportunity to gain a very valuable experience";96.3% of nursing students believed that "a clearer and more complete understanding of community health nursing".100%of nursing students believed that "the course inspired their thinking";97% of nursing students believed that "better understanding the feelings of patients and perceiving their needs";94.8% of nursing students believed that "pay more attention to their self-learning process than before".Conclusions The teaching reform was competency-oriented for goals, and task-centered for teaching activities.It stimulated nursing students' self-learning interests, deepened the recognition of community health nursing and improved the core ability of community health nursing.
