基于德尔菲法对护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力评价指标体系的构建

         

摘要

Objective To construct the clinical thinking ability evaluation index system for candidates of master of nursing specialist. Methods The primary index system was established after literature review and group discussion then 22 nursing experts were surveyed by Delphi method for two round of consultation. Results Response rates of the questionnaire in the 2 rounds were 88% and 100% respectively and the authority coefficient (Cr) was 0.875; the evaluation system consisted of 6 first-level and 28 second-level indicators;the mean value of importance scoring of first-level indicators ranged from 3.95 to 5.00; the full score rates from 32% to 100%;variation coefficient from 0 to 0.23 and Kendall's W was 0.421(P<0.001).The mean value of importance scoring of second-level indicators ranged from 3.95 to 4.95; the full score rates from 32% to 96%; variation coefficient from 0.04 to 0.24 and Kendall's W was 0.251(P<0.001). Conclusion The established index system was scientific and reliable. It provides reference for the training and evaluation of candidates of master of nursing specialist.%目的 建立一套科学的、符合我国国情的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力评价指标体系.方法 在文献回顾和小组讨论的基础上初拟评价指标体系,运用德尔菲法对22名护理专家进行2轮问卷函询.结果 第1轮和第2轮专家积极系数分别为88%和100%;专家权威系数0.875;经2轮函询确立了由6个一级指标,28个二级指标组成的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力评价指标体系.其中一级指标的重要性赋值均数3.95~5.00,满分率32%~100%,变异系数为0~0.23,肯德尔系数为0.421(P<0.001);二级指标的重要性赋值均数3.95~4.95,满分率32%~96%,变异系数为0.04~0.24,肯德尔系数为0.251(P<0.001).结论 构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力评价指标体系有一定科学性和可靠性,能为我国护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力的培养、考评提供参考.
