Objective To explore the occupational well-being of nurses in Class Ⅲ GradeⅠhospitals in Qingdao, to analyze its influence factors. Methods Totally 987 registered nurses were recruited from 4 Class Ⅲ GradeⅠ hospitals in Qingdao and investigated using general information questionnaire,Occupational Well Being Scale and Emotional Labor Scale. Multi-factor analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. Results The median of occupational well-being of 987 nurses was 3.625, and the inter-quartile range 0.575. Years of working, working overtime, surface acting and deep acting entered into the regression equation (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses' occupational well-being is in a mediate level and is influenced by years of working, working overtime, surface acting and deep acting. Lectures on emotional labor and psychological regulation will benefit the improvement of nurses'occupational well-being.%目的 了解青岛市三级甲等医院护士职业幸福感的现状,分析其影响因素.方法 便利抽取青岛市4所三级甲等医院护士987名,采用一般资料问卷、护士职业幸福感量表与情绪劳动量表进行调查,采用多元线性回归进行多因素分析.结果 987名护士职业幸福感条目均分的中位数为3.625分、四分位间距为0.575分.其影响因素的多元线性回归分析结果显示,进入回归方程的变量有工作年限、加班情况、表层扮演及深层扮演(P<0.05).结论 三级甲等医院护士职业幸福感处于中等水平,影响因素为工作年限、加班情况、表层扮演及深层扮演.提示护理管理者可以开展情绪劳动和心理调节方面的专业讲座,培养护士深层扮演的运用能力,从而提高护士的职业幸福感.
