住院骨折老年患者认知功能与营养状况的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the cognitive function and nutritional status of hospitalized elderly patients with fracture, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Eighty elderly patients with hip and lower limb fractures were investigated with general information questionnaire, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and Mini nutritional assessment(MNA) . ResuIts The incidence of cognitive impairment on hospitalized elderly patients of fractures was 48%. The visual space executive ability, naming, attention, language, abstract thinking, delayed memory and directional force cognitive function scores of mild cognitive impairment group were lower than those of cognitive function in cognitive normal group ( P<0.01). Nutritional status level on hospitalized elderly patients of fractures was lower than the domestic community elderly (P<0.01). Fractures in hospitalized elderly patients with visual space cognitive function execution capability, naming, note, directional force and delayed memory score and total score was positively related with nutritional status (r=0.215~0.419, P<0.05). ConcIusion There are poorer cognitive function and nutritional status of hospitalized elderly patients with fracture and there is positive relationship between cognitive function and nutritional status. More cognitive exercise in nutritional intervention strategy could improve patients' nutrition.%目的:了解住院骨折老年患者的认知功能水平及营养状况,并分析两者相关性。方法采用方便抽样法,使用一般资料调查问卷、蒙特利尔认知评估量表和微型营养评估量表,对80例住院骨折老年患者进行认知功能和营养状况的调查,采用Pearson相关性检验法,分析认知功能与营养状况的相关性。结果本组住院骨折老年患者轻度认知功能障碍发生率为48%,轻度认知障碍组的视空间执行能力、命名、注意、语言、抽象思维、延迟记忆和定向力认知功能得分均低于认知功能正常组(P<0.01)。住院骨折老年患者营养状况水平低于国内社区老年人(P<0.01)。住院骨折老年患者认知功能的视空间执行能力、命名、注意、延迟记忆、定向力得分及总分与营养状况呈正相关(r=0.215~0.419,P<0.05)。结论住院骨折老年患者的认知功能水平和营养状况水平较低,较高认知功能水平能够促进患者有正确的营养认知,进而保证患者良好的营养状况。
