The theory of dissipative structure has a broad prospect of being used in the fields of both natural science and social sciences, and the necessary conditions under which the theory is formed are opening, imbalance, nonlinearity and radom fluctuation. Judged by the systematology, Deng＇s economy characteristics of the dissi characteristic, the theory thinking expresses the pative structure theory.
