融合教育背景下的特教师资能力需求探析

         

摘要

中国特殊教育师资能力现状是非特教专业背景居多、学历层次普遍低、专业素质普遍偏低、职后培训次数较少、职后培训内容多以理论为主等。融合教育背景下,对特教师资的能力需求表现出多元化,文章主要从专业素养、专业能力及其他能力进行探析,并提出适应融合教育环境特教师资的养成方法和途径。%The current situation of special education teacher is that most of them are not special educational major; education level and professional quality are generally low. They’ve got fewer professional training after working, worse more, the content of training given priority to theory and so on. Under the Inclusion education background, the demand for special-education teacher's ability shows diversity. The article mainly discusses the point from the professional quality, professional ability and other ability, and put forward some measures and ways to train special teachers who adapt to inclusion education.
