Vapor explosion is easy happened in the flammable liquid storage and transportation processes on railway, and it may cause great harm, so strengthening its research and prevention are necessary. This paper analyzed the damage of vapor cloud explosion（VCE）in railway tankers, while using a TNT equivalent model and combined with MATLAB program predicted the destructive scale and presented the areas of death, serious injury, minor injury and safety, which provided a kind of technical support for the safety analysis and evaluation.%易燃易爆液体在铁路储存和运输过程中易发生蒸气爆炸事故,可能造成的危害很大,所以,加强对它的研究和预防十分重要。本文分析了罐车蒸气云爆炸的破坏作用,同时采用TNT当量模型,结合MATLAB程序预测爆炸的冲击波对人员的影响范围,并提出了死亡、重伤、轻伤和安全的区域,为安全分析及评价提供技术支撑。
