将 X 射线 CT 技术应用于混凝土材料的研究当中,利用 CT 试验获得的图像信息,可以准确地了解混凝土这种不均匀材料的内部细观结构,进行细观破损机理分析。运用 MATLAB 软件,将 CT 扫描的原始图像信息进行了混凝土细观结构的三维重建研究,同时与基于 MIMICS 软件的三维重建模型进行了比较。结果表明:所建立的混凝土三维细观模型能够比较真实地反映混凝土材料的内部各相细观结构,并对传统混凝土随机数学模型的不足进行了有益补充,较好地反映了混凝土材料内部的力学性能,为进一步研究混凝土材料的损伤破裂机理提供了基础。%The X ray CT technology was applied in the research of concrete materials .Using the image information ob-tained through the CT test ,the internal meso-structure of the inhomogeneous material-concrete can be understood accu-rately ,so as to analyze the damage-fracture mechanism .Here ,based on the CT original data ,the MATLAB software was used to realize the 3-D reconstruction of concrete’s meso-structure ,which is compared with the 3-D reconstruction based on MIMICS software .The results indicate that the concrete’s 3-D reconstruction model set up here can truly reflect each meso-component ,overcome the shortages of traditional random model and actually reflect the mechanical properties of concrete ,which could provide the basis for the further study on the damage-fracture mechanism of concrete .
