我国传统法学教学模式不适应新时代法学教育的现实吁求.新时代法学教学模式的改革,应以培养卓越法律人才为重心,以培养具有"信念执着、品德优良、知识丰富、本领过硬"的高素质复合型法律人才为目标.改革传统法学教学模式的基本路径应以坚持理论与实践并重为原则,转变陈旧教学理念,突出学生主体地位,同时注重加强教师职业培训,着力提升教师的教学能力.%The traditional teaching mode of law in our country does not adapt to the legal education reality of the new era of. The reform of the teaching mode of law in the new era shall focus on the cultivation of outstanding legal personnel, with the aim of cultivating the high quality legal talents who have " persistent belief, good moral character, rich knowledge and excellent ability". The basic way to reform the traditional law teaching mode is to adhere to the principle of emphasizing both theory and practice, change the old teaching idea and highlight the student's main position. At the same time, we shall pay more attention to teachers' vocational training and improve their teaching ability. We shall not only optimize the curriculum, improve the teaching methods, but also build a multi-practice platform to establish and improve the practical teaching mechanism.
