小组合作式学习在《护理学基础》技能练习与考核中的研究与实践

         

摘要

[Objective] To study the effect of group cooperation learning in the technical training and assessment of Nursing Foundation. [Methods] In the practical teaching of Nursing Foundation in the same class, the class took conventional technical training and assessment, with their grades computed individually for the first semester. In the second semester, they took group cooperative learning based on group as a unit to practice and assess, the individuals' grades were linked to the other group members. Then a questionnaire was used to compare the two methods. [Results] In the stage of group cooperative learning.92.1% of the students' grades were more than 80, significantly higher than the first stage (68.1%); extra-curricular practice attendance significantly improved with practice effect; nursing students commented well on group cooperation practice and evaluation. [Conclusion] The application of group cooperation learning in the practical teaching of Nursing Foundation is effective and feasible. This method accords with the psychological needs of the students, improves students' fluency of participation in teaching and is conducive to improve their own comprehensive quality.%[目的]研究小组合作式学习在《护理学基础》技能练习与考核中的应用效果.[方法]在同一个班级《护理学基础》实验教学中,一个学期采取传统的技能训练和考核方法,成绩以个人为单位进行评价;另一学期采用小组合作式学习,以小组为单位进行练习与考核,个人成绩与小组其他成员相关联.通过问卷调查等方式了解学生对技能练习与考核方式改革的评价.[结果]小组合作式学习阶段学生技能考核中80分以上人数占92.1%,明显高于第一阶段(68.1%);课外练习出勤情况与练习效果明显提高;护生对小组合作式练习与考核方式评价良好.[结论]在《护理学基础》实验教学中应用小组合作式学习有效可行,此方法符合学生的心理需要,提高了学生在教学中的参与程度,有利于学生综合素质的提高.
