新生代农民工工作价值观对其绩效的影响机制研究

         

摘要

Through analyzing the survey data of 258 new-generation peasant workers, this paper constructs and verifies the effect mechanism of peasant workers' work values on their job performances, and then examines the mediating role of social support and the moderating role of work involvement. Comprehensive using the correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and other statistical method to analyze the data, the results show that: The work-value of new-generation peasant worker has a significant positive impact on work involvement and job performance. Social support moderates the positive influence of peasant workers'work value on his /her work involvement and job performance. Work involvement not only mediates the influence of work value on job performance, but also mediates the moderation of work involvement in the relationship between work value and job performance.%通过对 258 名新生代农民工调研数据的分析, 构建并验证新生代农民工工作价值观对其工作绩效的影响机制, 并且考察社会支持的调节作用和工作投入的中介作用.综合运用相关分析,多元线性回归分析等统计分析方法对数据进行分析, 分析结果显示: 新生代农民工工作价值观对其工作投入和工作绩效有显著正向影响; 社会支持正向调节新生代农民工工作价值观对其工作投入和工作绩效的正向影响; 工作投入部分中介新生代农民工工作价值观对其工作绩效的影响, 并且完全中介社会支持在工作价值观与工作绩效关系间的调节效应.
