Laboratory reform needs overall planning and co-ordination arrangements, required the joint efforts of all levels. ON national level, we need a monitoring systems to have a reasonable laboratory management, allocation of funds, and the system to use of large equipment. On school level we need refinement and implementation of the system. Each laboratory needs to have flexible management system according to their own characteristics, so that resources can be used rationally, students are trained, and more scientific research can be gotten.
