There are many factors affecting the quality of spinning-necking of aluminium alloy seamless tube.The main factors through the test with the method of quantative analysis are found out.They are distributions of machining rate,quantity and density of lubricant,temperature of material,feed speed,reasona-ble arrangement of program.These elements will directly interfere with the quality of the necking.%影响铝合金无缝管材旋压收口质量的因素很多*采用定量分析法，通过试验表明其因素主要有：料温的高低、润滑液的加入以及浓度的大小；进给速度的大小；加工率的大小分配；程序编排的合理性等，这些因素将直接影响收口质量。
