Objective:To summarize the treatment measures of patient with laryngeal trauma to improve the clinical effect. Methods: The clinical data of 18 patients with laryngeal trauma were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2003 to Dec 2013. Results: 15 patients with open laryngeal trauma were underwent neck exploration and laryngeal reconstruction and low tracheotomy. In 3 patients with closed laryngeal trauma , 2 cases were underwent tracheotomy. Among 17 cases underwent tracheotomy , 16 cases were received tracheal extubation successfully and 1 case needed to wear tracheal tube for a long term. Conclusion: The principle in the treatment of laryngeal trauma are saving the patient's life, retaining the laryngeal function and preventing complications as soon as possible.%目的：总结喉外伤的救治方法以提高其疗效。方法：回顾性分析2003年1月-2013年12月收治的喉外伤患者18例的临床资料。结果：15例开放性喉外伤均行颈部探查术，并行喉整复术及低位气管切开术；3例闭合性喉外伤中2例行气管切开术。17例接受气管切开的患者中16例成功拔管，1例术后拔管困难。结论：在喉外伤的综合救治中，应以抢救患者生命为原则，并尽可能保留、恢复喉功能和防止并发症。
