The author of this paper has analyzed the status quo of the development of family business in Quanzhou,Fujian Province in the last 30 years for the purpose of finding a new approach for their sustainable development,and stressed that the expertise management model is their alternative in place of the traditional family model.%泉州家族企业的经营管理与兴衰对泉州经济的发展有着举足轻重的影响。经过改革开放三十多年的历程,泉州家族企业在快速发展的同时,日益暴露出传统的家族式管理模式的局限性。从知识管理理论的视角,首先分析泉州家族企业实行知识型管理创新模式的必要性,然后结合泉州家族企业的发展现状,有针对性地思考泉州家族企业的知识型管理创新策略,以探讨泉州家族企业可持续发展的新途径。
