晶硅切方机工件新型定位方式及分析

         

摘要

This paper introduces the design of a new orientation clamp for mangeline squareness cutting machine, the V block has the best effect on the orientation of rotator part, so we use two V blocks for orientation in this clamp. At the same time, the rack is fastened on the one side of the V block, joggling of the rack and gear is used for modulating the height of the V blocks. The workpiece is compared with the fixed molding board, the axes of the workpieces are always kept in the same height. Consequently the accuray of the orientation is improved and the processing quality is ensured.%介绍了一种新型的晶硅单线切方机的定位夹具设计,V形块对于回转体零件的定位效果最好,所以在这套夹具中采用双V形块定位.同时将齿条固定在V形块的一边,利用齿轮齿条的啮合来调整V形块的高度,将工件与固定模板进行比对,使工件轴心始终处在同一高度,提高了定位精度,保证了加工品质.
