分子印迹光子晶体水凝胶传感器研究进展

         

摘要

Based on the combination of colloidal-crystal templating and molecular imprinting technique, a sensor platform for efficient detection of low concentration analytes has been developed. The molecularly imprinted photonic hydrogels sensors have the advantages of high selectivity, rapid and ultrasensitive detection of target analytes. These "naked-eye detection" chemosensors generate a readable optical signal directly (self-reporting) upon binding a target analyte without labeling and can be easily recovered, which have attracted considerable attention as applications in pharmaceutical analysis, toxicological analysis, environmental monitoring, clinical diagnosis, biomedicine, virus detection , chemical turn-on mechanism and even public safety. The progress in molecularly imprinted photonic hydrogels sensors in recent years are reviewed, including the fabrication mechanism and applications.%以光子晶体材料和分子印迹技术为平台制备出的分子印迹光子晶体水凝胶化学传感器具有高度的专一性、敏感性、快速响应和高度普适的优点,并且无需标记、具有自表达能力,还可重复使用,操作简便,为低浓度物质的检测提供了一种新的思路.这种能实现“裸眼检测”的化学传感器在药物分析、毒物分析、环境监测、临床诊断、生物医学、病毒检测、化学开关,乃至公共安全等诸多方面都存在着巨大的应用潜力.简要介绍了分子印迹光子晶体水凝胶传感器的国内外研究动态,重点介绍了其制备原理及应用进展.
