Objective:the cure ef ect on the patients with intestinal obstruction were observed clinical method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture. Methods: 30 patients in our hospital diagnosed patients with intestinal obstruction, random samples were divided into experimental group 15 cases, control group 15 cases. The patients in the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment, acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of symptomatic treatment; the control group was treated only with the foundation, the clinical ef icacy of the two groups were compared. Results: the patients in the two groups after treatment, the patients in the experimental group 5 cases were cured, 8 cases improved, the total ef iciency of 86.7%; control group, 3 patients were cured, 6 cases improved, the total ef iciency of 60%, the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, two groups of data were significantly dif erent, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: by comparing the data we can see that, combined with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can ef ectively make the intestinal obstruction patients were cured, can further promotion and research.%目的：观察中药联合针灸的临床方法对肠梗阻患者的治愈效果。方法选取我院确诊的肠梗阻患者30例，随机将样本分为实验组15例，对照组15例。实验组患者在基础对症治疗的基础上，配合针灸联合中药灌肠进行临床治疗；对照组患者只给予基础的对症治疗，治疗后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比。结果两组患者在经过治疗后，实验组患者痊愈5例，好转8例，总有效率86.7%；对照组患者痊愈3例，好转6例，总有效率60.0%，实验组有效率明显高于对照组，两组数据有显著差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过数据对比我们可以发现，中药配合针灸的治疗方法有效的使肠梗阻患者获得治愈效果，可以进一步推广和研究。
