目的：研究骨科骨损伤控制DCO在不稳定型骨盆骨折合并四肢多发性骨折患者治疗中的临床效果。方法2010年2月~2013年8月我院收治的11不稳定型骨盆骨折合并四肢骨折的患者作为研究对象，据骨科损伤控制治疗原则先行抗休克治疗，骨盆骨折治疗采取骨盆固定止血后 ICU复苏抢救择期进行内固定手术，手术顺序为先行骨折内固定术再行骨折骨折内固定术。结果所有患者均救治成功，且骨折复位效果满意。术中失血量（221.2±19.3）ml，手术时间（53.2±9.4） min，术前ISS评分（损伤严重程度评分）（29.2±1.25）分，术后ISS评分（35.1±3.4）分，显著高于术前（P<0.05），术后生活可自理，术后均随访18个月复查 X线片，均呈骨性愈合，无畸形愈合及骨折后不良并发症。结论骨科骨损伤控制的合理应用对于骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折具有较好的治疗效果。%Objective To study the application of DCO in unstable patients with pelvic fracture merge multiple limbs fracture treatment and the clinical ef ect.
