Objective To evaluate the significance of nursing in urology care. Methods I admit ed to hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 an analysis of 120 patients with urologic calculi surgery, divided into observation group and the control group using the randomization method, 2 groups of 60 cases. Observer Group, in the course of nursing science, diet guidance given;the control group, using the popular nursing. Fol ow-up after six months. Results Postoperative fol ow-up, observing group only 1 cases of recurrent calculus, recurrence of 8 cases in the control group. Conclusion The diet nursing care can significantly reduce the rate of recurrence of urinary calculi, and clinical applications.%目的：探讨饮食护理在泌尿外科护理的意义。方法对我院2011年6月~2013年6月收治的120例泌尿外科结石手术患者进行分析，采用随机分组法分为观察组和对照组，两组各60例。观察组，在护理过程中给予科学、合理的饮食指导；对照组，采用一般的护理。6个月后随访。结果术后随访，观察组复发结石者仅1例，对照组复发者为8例。结论饮食护理可明显降低泌尿系结石的复发率，值得临床应用。
