Objective To observe the ef ect of applying humanistic nursing care in treatment of patients with gynecologic surgery. Methods A total of 103 cases of patients with gynecologic surgery in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 were selected as research subjects, and randomly divided into two study group (52 cases) and control group (51 cases), study group were given humanistic nursing care, while control group were given routine nursing care, final y the SAS score, SDS score and incidence of complicationsof both of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared to control group, study group were bet er in SAS score and SDS score, the dif erence between the two groups is significant ( <0.05); There were 7 and 14 cases of complications occurred in study group and control group, the dif erence between the two groups is significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing care in clinical can markedly improve the psychological states of patients, increase the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of nursing.%目的：探讨人性化护理在妇产科手术中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月~2014年2月在我院接受妇产科手术的103例患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组52例和对照组51例，实验组患者术后给予人性化护理，对照组患者术后给予常规护理，比较两组患者护理干预前后的SAS评分、SDS评分以及术后出现术后出血、术后感染、术后血肿、膀胱损伤等并发症情况。结果护理后，两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均下降，实验组患者下降更明显，组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组并发症发生率为13.46%，对照组并发症发生率为27.45%，实验组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术护理过程中融入人性化护理，能够有效改善患者的心理状态，减少术后出现并发症的风险，可有效提高护理质量。
