Advocacy for mothers to physiological, psychological environment of humanization, humanized service changes.In the past, only pay at ention to the medical quality of hospitals, maternal and their families think that as long as the obstetrician, looking for an experienced can smoothly after birth, while ignoring the important influence of psychological factors on the delivery.%目的对全面护理模式在胆结石患者护理中的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法选取60例胆结石患者，随机分为两组。观察组30例患者，给予全面护理模式；对照组30例患者，给予常规护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率90%优于对照组70%，两种治疗方法有显著性差异，有统计学意义，有可比性(<0.05)。结论全面护理模式在胆结石患者护理中的临床效果好，值得推广使用。
