Objective The related factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia in mechanical y ventilated patients in EICU were analyzed, and corresponding prevention measures of nursing care, to provide the reference for clinical nursing work. Methods 121 patients with mechanical ventilation in patients with EICU in our hospital during 2012 June were selected to 2013 July as the research object of observation, 58 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia as the observation group, the other 63 patients without VAP patients as control group, compared with age, sex, primary diseases, complications, duration of Mechanical ventilation, severe disease rating scale (APACHE I ) influence the score of patients. Results ①Through the comparative analysis its causes and the respiratory system disease, indwel ing nasogastric tube, mechanical ventilation time factor had significant correlation, with statistical significance ( <0.05).②The sterile operation, oral and stomach tube nursing, airway humidification, ventilation management and sputum suction ventilator associated pneumonia is nursing ef ective preventive measures. Conclusion The main risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia with respiratory diseases, mechanical ventilation time and indwel ing nasogastric tube, in nursing to strengthen the monitoring of high-risk patients, strict aseptic operation, standardized oral, gastric, airway nursing, can ef ectively reduce the occur ence of light or the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia.%目的对EICU机械通气患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的相关因素进行分析，同时探讨相应的护理预防措施，为临床护理工作提供参考。方法选取2012年6月~2013年7月我院EICU收治的121例机械通气患者作为本组研究的观察对象，其中58例发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者作为观察组，其余63例未发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者作为对照组，对比年龄、性别、原发疾病、合并症、机械通气时间、危重病评分量表(APACHEⅡ)评分等因素对患者的影响。结果①通过对比分析发现其发病原因与年龄、机械通气时间、危重病评分量表(APACHEⅡ)评分等因素有明显关联，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②无菌操作、口腔护理、气道湿化、呼吸机管理及吸痰是呼吸机相关性肺炎有效的护理预防措施。结论呼吸机相关性肺炎的主要危险因素以年龄、机械通气时间、APACHEⅡ为主，在护理中要加强高危患者的监测，严格无菌操作，规范口腔、气道护理，可以有效减轻或预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。
