目的：研究助产士产前教育对于初产妇产程以及其分娩方式的影响作用。方法：选择2015年1月-2016年1月在本院分娩的126例初产妇作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组62例和对照组64例。对照组产妇给予常规的产前宣教，让产妇及时了解各种分娩方式以及分娩注意事项等内容及知识；而观察组由助产士对产妇进行产前教育，主要包括教育内容、教育方式以及疑难解答等方面。观察记录两组产妇的第一产程、第二产程以及第三产程的时间，比较两组初产妇分娩方式，产后2h出血量以及新生儿1 min Apgar评分。结果：观察组产妇的第一产程以及第二产程时间均明显短于对照组初产妇，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组第三产程比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组产妇的自然分娩率高达90.32%，显著高于对照组的75.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇产后2 h出血量明显少于对照组，新生儿1 min Apgar评分显著高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：助产士产前教育等够有效缩短产妇的第一产程和第二产程时间，并且能够有效提高自然分娩率以及产妇的分娩结局，值得推广使用。%Objective:To study the influence of midwives prenatal education for first-time mothers labor and their way of delivery.Method:126 primiparas in our hospital were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 as the research objects.According to the method of random numbers,they were divided into the observation group of 62 cases and control group of 64 cases.The control group was given routine prenatal maternal education,to understand various delivery methods,delivery note and knowledge.The observation group was given midwives of maternal prenatal education,mainly includes the education content,method and troubleshooting.The first,second and third stages of maternal labor time of two groups were observed,the first-time mothers choice in delivery way of two groups were recorded,the maternal postpartum 2 h blood loss and neonatal minapgar score 1 birth outcomes of two groups were analyzed.Result:The first and second stages of mothers labor time in observation group were significantly shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);while compared the third stages of maternal labor time of two groups,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). Puerpera natural births in observation group was 90.32%,significantly higher than the control group of 75.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Maternal postpartum 2 h blood loss in observation group was obviously less than control group,and neonatal 1 minapgar score were significantly higher than control group in the newborn,compared two groups of those,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midwives prenatal education such as enough effectively shorten the first and second stages of mothers labor time,and can effectively increase the natural births and puerpera childbirth results,it is worthy of promotion.
