基于优质护理的柔性护理管理模式在医院中的应用效果评价

         

摘要

目的:观察分析基于优质护理的柔性管理模式在医院中的应用效果。方法:笔者所在医院从2011年1月-2012年12月实施以优质护理为基础的柔性管理模式,总结归纳医院中出现的问题,提出相关的管理措施,对比实施前后的护理质量。结果:通过柔性管理方式的实施,临床护理质量检查均较前显著改善(P<0.05),实施后患者对护理的满意度显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施后护理人员对护理工作的满意度为97.07%,显著高于实施前的70.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员的离职率为5.85%,较实施之前的19.54%显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于优质护理的柔性护理管理模式显著提高了医院的护理质量,改善了患者的护理工作满意程度,有效保障了医院的医疗工作。%Objective:To observe the application effect analysis of flexible mode nursing management in the hospital based on quality nursing care.Method:In our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012, make the implementation of flexible management mode based on the quality nursing, sum up problems in hospital, put forward relevant management measures, make comparison about the quality of nursing before and after the implementation. Result:Through the implementation of the flexible management,the clinical nursing quality check significantly improved (P<0.05),patient satisfaction with nursing improved significantly after the implementation , there was significant difference(P<0.05).Satisfaction of nurses on nursing work after the implementation was 97.07%,it was significantly higher than 70.48% before the implementation,there was significant difference(P<0.05).After the implementation, nursing staff turnover rate was 5.85%,it significantly decreased compared with the prior implementation of 19.54%,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flexible management model based on quality of nursing care can effectively improve the quality of hospital care,improve patient satisfaction for the medical and nursing work in hospital, make effective protection of medical work in the hospital.
