目的：了解松江区居民心理健康现状,为推进心理健康促进,建立心理健康档案提供依据。方法：在15个街镇中选取500人以上的居委2个,从中抽取各25户的16~65岁的居民为调查对象,应用一般心理健康问卷( GHQ)进行调查,分值≥3分者为疑似阳性。结果：总调查人数2021人,GHQ≥3分428人(21.18%),心理健康疑似阳性与性别、年龄、学历、婚姻、职业呈显著相关,P＜0.05。结论：居民存在一定的心理健康问题,重点人群为女性、老年、婚姻及职业不稳定者,有必要对重点人群及服务重点人群的工作人员开展心理健康教育,并加强对重点人群的心理干预。%Objective:To study the psychological health status of residents in Songjiang, so as to provide a basis for promotion of the psychological health and establishment of psychological health archives. Methods:From 2 neighborhood committees with over 500 people in 15 streets and towns, 25 families (16-65 years old) were selected as the research objects. They were investigated by general health questionnaire ( GHQ) , and those with the score of≥3 points were suspected to be positive. Results:In 2021 people in-vestigated in the study, 428 cases (21. 18%)h ad GHQ score of≥3. Psychological health was suspected to be significantly associated with gender, age, education, marriage, occupation. Conclusions: The residents have a certain psychological health problems, espe-cially women, old people, and those with unstable marriage and occupation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop psychological health education to these targeted population and give related interventions to them.
