师范类大学生睡眠质量与应对方式的相关研究

         

摘要

目的::了解师范类专业大学生的睡眠质量和应对方式的现状,以及睡眠质量和应对方式的相关关系。方法:对180名师范类大学生,进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数( PSQI)量表和大学生应对方式量表进行施测。结果:①师范类大学生睡眠质量在年级上的得分具有统计学上的差异(F=8.217, P<0.001);②师范类大学生在应对方式的得分依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化和自责,在幻想维度上存在性别上的差异;③师范类大学生PSQI的总分同应对方式中的问题解决、求助维度上的得分存在负相关(r=-0.281、-0.224, P<0.01),与自责、幻想维度的得分呈正相关(r=0.312、0.219,P<0.01)。结论:师范类大学生睡眠质量在年级上具有差异,大四学生的睡眠时间障碍最严重。师范类大学生睡眠质量与应对方式存在一定的相关性。%Objective:To explore statuses of sleep quality and coping styles in normal major college students and their correla-tions. Methods:Totally 180 college students were selected and asked to complete the Pittsburgh sleep quality index ( PSQI) and coping style questionnaire. Results:(1) There was a statistically significant difference in grades on sleep quality scores ( F=8. 217, P<0. 001). (2) The scores of coping style questionnaire were problems-solving, help-seeking, fantasy, avoidance, rationalization, and remorse, orderly. At the fantasy dimension, there was the statistically significant difference in gender. (3) The total scores of PSQI were negatively correlated with the scores of problem-solving and help-seeking (r=-0. 281,-0. 224, P<0. 01), and positively corre-lated with the scores of self-blame and fantasy dimension (r=0. 312, 0. 219, P<0. 01). Conclusions:It suggests that there be a sta-tistically significant difference in grades on sleep quality scores and the senior students have serious sleep disorder. The sleep quality is associated with coping styles in normal students.
