目的::将过程管理方法运用于院前急救护理质量管理中,提高院前护理质量。方法:对每位急救患者或患者家属进行电话回访、问卷调查,护士长配合护理部将反馈信息总结。结果:两组院前急救患者的护理满意度比较,院前护理实施过程管理质量控制后,急救患者对护理工作满意度明显高于实施前,院前护理实施过程管理质量控制后,相关工作人员对护理工作满意度明显高于实施前的第一阶段。结论:过程管理引导了院前急救护理质量控制管理工作步入标准化、规范化、制度化的轨道,提高了院前护理管理质量。%Objective:To implement process management in quality control of pre-hospital first-aid and nursing, in order to improve the quality of pre-hospital nursing. Methods:For each patient or the patient family member, we conducted a survey by tele﹣phone or questionnaire. The head nurse summarizes the feedback information with the nursing cooperation. Results: After the imple﹣mentation of process management in quality control of pre-hospital nursing, the satisfactory degree to nursing service of the first-aid patients and related staff was obviously higher than those before the implementation. Conclusions: Process management guides the management of pre-hospital first-aid and nursing into the standardized, normalized and institutionalized track. It improves the quality of the quality control of pre-hospital nursing.
