纳米银的抗菌机制及其生物安全性的研究进展

         

摘要

Along with the increasing bacterial drug resistance and the rapid development of science and technology,the research of new antibacterial material is increasing,especially the silver nanoparticles.Silver nanomaterial has wide antimicrobial spectrum,and strong antimicrobial properties as well as the advantages of no drug-resistance,so its application in clinical medicine is becoming more and more wide,involving many clinical specialties.However, the research of its antibacterial mechanism is relatively limited , and has not been fully elucidated.Studies have also found that new silver nanomaterial has certain toxicity,and improper or excessive use can result in silver toxicity and endanger the health .%细菌耐药性的增强以及科技的快速发展,使得对于新型抗菌材料的研究日益增多,尤其是对纳米银颗粒的研究。纳米银材料具有抗菌谱广、抗菌性强以及不产生耐药性等优点,在临床医学中的应用也越来越广泛,涉及到临床多个专科。但对于纳米银抗菌机制的研究却相对滞后,至今仍未完全阐明。而且已有研究发现,新型纳米银材料也有一定的毒性,不恰当的或过量的使用会导致银毒性的产生,危及身体健康。
