GD甲状腺功能亢进中TSHR和TRAb的研究现状

         

摘要

Graves diseased GD )is one of the common autoimrmie thyroid diseases, the pathogenesis of which is still unknown. Presently, several genes have been confirmed to play a major role in the pathogenesis of GD,especially the thyroid stimulating homrone receptor( TSHR )gene, which is both susceptible and specific. As a major autoantigen,TSHK is a key link in the autoimmune response of GD which can cause the production of thyrotropin receptor antibody. Because TRAb is the major immunological marker in the progress of GD, it should be paid more attention in the research in the diagnosis, therapeutic selection, and prognosis of GD,to provide scientific evidence for making individual treatment solution.%Graves病(GD)是常见的自身免疫性甲状腺病之一,发病机制尚不清楚.已有研究证实多个易感基因与GD发病相关,其中促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)基因不仅是GD甲状腺功能亢进发病的一个易感基因,而且具有特异性.TSHR作为主要的自身抗原引起促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)的产生,是GD自身免疫反应的主要环节.TSHR易感基因及其编码的TSHR在免疫应答中的作用成为研究热点.由于TRAb是GD甲状腺功能亢进发生、发展的主要免疫标志,所以应关注TRAb在GD甲状腺功能亢进诊断、治疗选择、转归预测等方面的研究,为制订个体化的治疗方案提供科学依据.
