我国高等特殊师范教育机构发展的困境及其制度突破

         

摘要

21世纪以来,随着我国高等特殊师范教育机构规模的不断扩张,高等特殊师范教育机构发展中的问题也日益浮现,主要表现为整体培养层次偏低、结构布局不合理以及专业师资匮乏等问题。上述问题的主要原因在于相应制度规范的缺失。建立高等特殊师范教育机构的制度规范,应将培养层次、培养规模、结构布局以及培养机构认证这几个要素放入其中综合考量和设计。%In new century, the developmental problems of our country’s higher teacher education institutions were more and more emerged with the expansion of the higher teacher education institutions. In general, there are three dilemmas: lower training level, irrational structure configuration and deficient of professional teachers. The reason why our country’s higher teacher education institutions exist so many questions is lacking of relevant systems. To set up the systems of the higher teacher education institutions, the training level, training scale, structure configuration and training institutions qualification should be taken into account.
