侧钻水平井螺杆钻具组合设计及应用

         

摘要

In view of such characteristics as large curva ture radius and small annular gap, etc., in side-tracking horizon tal well, the mechanical analysis of bottom hole drilling tool and the calcdation method of the drilling tool build angle rate are proposed. Through analysis of the law that the build angle rate of PDM is affected by the thickness and position of the raising block and by the hole curvature, the kickover tool assembly for side-gracking horizontal well is designed. Through its application in the two side-tracking horizontal wells in Daqing oil field, it is shown that the designed build angle rate of PDM is very similar to practical one, which not only satisfies the needs of controlling the well trajectory, but also replaces the stabilizer with raising block,providing thus a new way for designing the PDM with high build angle rate and large annular gap for side-tracking horizontal well.%考虑侧钻水平井曲率半径大、环空间隙小等特征,建立下部钻具力学分析和钻具造斜率计算方法,通过垫块厚度、安放位置以及井眼曲率对螺杆钻具造斜率的影响规律分析,设计了侧钻水平井造斜钻具组合。经大庆油田2口侧钻水平井应用表明,设计的螺杆钻具造斜率与实钻造斜率十分吻合,不仅满足了井眼轨道控制需要,还应用垫块取代了稳定器,为侧钻水平井设计造斜率高、井眼环空间隙大的动力钻具提供了一种新途径。
