We design a container front swing-machine preventing tip-over which is used for stacking and transporting containers.The characteristic is that the spindle which is machined specially in the slim inner bore of steel bushing moves up and down,and the distance of spindle motion is tested by approach switch.When the testing distance exceed safe distance,the controller sends out power-off protection command,and the spindle stops moving.The structure we design control the the distance of spindle motion accurately,and it make the carload drive stationarily on rough road surface by using the chained function of rear axle.Furthermore,it will be against tip-over by means of electronic and mechanical control.%设计了一种堆码、装运港口集装箱的机械,具体为一种集装箱正面吊运机防倾翻装置.其特点是通过特殊加工的转轴在带有长形内孔的钢套中上下运动,并用接近开关检测这种运动的距离,当超出安全距离时,控制器发出断电保护指令,停止危险方向动作输出.这种结构方式控制精确、稳定可靠,而且利用后桥的铰接摆动功能,使整车在不平路面也能平稳行驶.再者通过电控防倾和机械防倾联锁保护,构筑一道坚实的防倾翻保护防线.
