The transient response of plastic foam cladding subject to combined loads of hydrostatic pressure and water blast is analyzed in this paper. One-dimensional analytical model, based on plastic shock wave theory, fluid-structure interaction and cavitation phenomenon, is proposed to study the shock resistance ability of such structures. The research has revealed the shock mitigation mechanism of the plastic foam cladding and the effects of hydrostatic pressure on the system response.%针对芯层为塑性泡沫的抗冲覆盖层在静水压力及水下非接触爆炸载荷共同作用时的响应问题进行理论分析.采用塑性冲击波理论、流固耦合理论及空化理论,建立塑性泡沫覆盖层深水爆炸响应理论模型,形成针对特定输入载荷的覆盖层定量计算方法.研究结果揭示了塑性泡沫夹芯结构的冲击防护机理、防护效果以及静水压力的影响.
