聚丙烯纤维加筋二灰土力学特性试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the effect of fiber content on mechanical characteristics of the reinforced lime-flyash soil (LFS) , polypropylene fibers of different length in different weight proportion are added into the LFS, which is made of lime, fly ash and soil in the proportion of 5:15:80, to prepare a specimen. Then GDS test system is employed to conduct experiments on the mechanical characteristics of the fiber reinforced LFS. Experimental results show that uniaxial compressive strength, cohesion, and internal friction angle of LFS vary with the incorporation of polypropylene fibers. When the fiber length is 12 mm and the fiber content reaches the optimum reinforcement amount of 0.32%, the uniaxial compressive strength and cohesion of the fiber reinforced LFS are at the peak. However, when the fiber content is more than the optimum reinforcement amount of 0.32%, the uniaxial compressive strength and cohesion decrease. But the fiber content has no apparent influence on the internal friction angle of LFS. The research results provide experimental data and theoretical evidence to the engineering application of the fiber reinforced LFS.%为研究纤维加筋对二灰土力学特性的影响, 将不同长度、不同质量比的聚丙烯纤维掺入石灰、粉煤灰和土的比例为5:15:80的二灰土中, 配制试样, 利用GDS试验系统开展纤维加筋二灰土力学特性试验.结果表明:二灰土单轴抗压强度、黏聚力和内摩擦角, 随着聚丙烯纤维的掺入呈现不同的变化规律, 纤维长度12 mm, 掺量0.32%时为最优加筋配比, 此时二灰土单轴抗压强度和黏聚力出现最大值;但当纤维长度及掺量超过最优加筋配比时, 抗压强度和黏聚力反而呈现降低趋势;而二灰土内摩擦角受纤维掺量影响不大.研究成果将对纤维加筋二灰土的工程应用提供理论依据.
