AZ80镁合金降温多向挤压下的微观组织与力学性能

         

摘要

研究AZ80镁合金进行降温多向挤压时变形温度对其组织与力学性能的影响,设置的初始变形温度为390℃与370℃.结果表明,相对较低的变形温度更有利于细化镁合金晶粒.坯料在370℃进行降温多向挤压得到的组织与力学性能更好,再结晶晶粒尺寸约3.5 μm,屈服强度201 MPa,断后延伸率6.78%.多向挤压工艺下,镁合金的动态再结晶机制有孪晶动态再结晶、连续动态再结晶和非连续动态再结晶.%Effects of deformation temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ80 processed by hypothermal multiple extrusion were investigated.Initial deformation temperature includes 390 ℃ and 370 ℃.The results indicate that relatively lower deformation temperature is more beneficial for gain refinement of magnesium alloy.The specimen processed by hypothermal multiple extrusion at 370 ℃ has better microstructure and mechanical properties.The size of dynamically recrystallized grains is about 3.5 μm.The yield strength and elongation are 201 MPa and 6.78% respectively.Mechanisms of dynamic recrystallization of magnesium alloy include twin dynamic recrystallization,continuous dynamic recrystallization,and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization.
